Lee Yoder
Founder and CEO
Lee was a practicing physical therapist when he realized his true passion was building his own business and investing in real estate. Today, Lee is focused on syndicating larger apartment buildings, and is the founder and visionary behind Threefold Real Estate Investing. Lee is committed to using his God-given gifts to forge a path that will generate incredible opportunities for all involved. His focus is driving the business forward by establishing new relationships with top-notch professionals in the real estate world and bringing on more partners to invest alongside Threefold. Lee also hosts a podcast, Threefold Real Estate Investing.
Lee and his wife, Hannah, currently reside in Ohio with their two children and many farm animals. When he is not working in real estate, Lee enjoys spending time with family, working to build their homestead, and cheering on the Buckeyes and the Bengals. Lee is a man of faith, whose greatest desire is to reflect God to his family, within his business, and to all those God places in his path.
Jason Fredstrom
Operations and Property Management Director
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and brings over 20 years of experience leading teams in both retail and manufacturing environments. He has a strong ability to develop high-performing teams through collaboration and accountability. As Operations and Property Management Director, Jason supports property managers and maintenance technicians in day-to-day operations while staying closely connected to the financial side of the business. His goal is to drive efficiency across all areas of Threefold as the company continues to grow.
Hannah Yoder

Lowren Reifenrath
Finance Director
Lowren focuses on our properties’ finances and manages the accounts of the organization. With a master’s degree in Library Science, she has a gift in organization, attention to detail, and a heart for telling Threefold’s story to our investors through the financials.
Casey Stotts
Executive Assistant
Casey is passionate about serving others through her faith in Jesus. She holds a Master’s degree in English and brings exceptional organizational and communication skills to her role. Casey supports all department heads and human resources, developing new processes, policies, and procedures to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency, contributing to a cohesive and well-organized company environment.
Jim Williams
Controller
Jim works on the Finance Team to keep our books, taxes, and other financial responsibilities in good order. He has over 25 years of experience in both public and private accounting. For the past decade, he served as a Controller in the real estate industry and possesses a strong tax background in that sector. Jim is a graduate of Morehead State University and is a life-long Ohio resident. He has a passion for detail and strives to always work in the best interests of our team, our investors, and our residents.
Karen Horton
Lead Property Manager
Karen has over 30 years of experience in property management and currently serves as the Regional Property Manager for our Ohio properties. With a strong commitment to operational excellence, she oversees property performance, supports and manages employees, and ensures that resident needs are met with the highest level of service. Her expertise in property operations, team leadership, and resident satisfaction helps keep our communities running efficiently and successfully.
